Bio

Ragina Lancaster, DO, is board certified in Family Medicine and OMT. Her parents were both Navy and she grew up between Whidbey Island, Washington and Guam. She received medical training at Laker Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Greensburg, PA and completed residency at Central Washington Family Medicine in Yakima, WA. Thereafter, she joined the faculty to pursue teaching residents as well as continuing to practice inpatient medicine and care for patients in local skilled nursing facilities.

She is particularly interested in geriatric medicine, but excited to care across all age groups and conditions. Her approach to patient care is to create individualized treatment plans incorporating each patient’s context and empower patients to actively engage their health goals.

Dr. Lancaster moved to Homer in 2023 with her husband, Jeremiah, and two children, Aubrey and James, and a German shepherd dog. Jeremiah and Ragina enjoy hiking, camping, tide pooling, and being on the water.
