Bio

Teresa Thompson is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a nationally board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her healthcare career in 2008 as a medical assistant and steadily advanced her education, earning an associate degree followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and becoming a Registered Nurse (RN).

Teresa spent several years working as an RN in surgical care before returning to school to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2016. Since then, she has worked full-time as a DNP, initially practicing in primary care before transitioning to otolaryngology and allergy care in 2020.

She holds specialty certification through the Society of Head and Neck Nurses and is a Certified Otorhinolaryngology Nurse (CORLN). In addition, she has completed advanced training in allergy care through the American Academy of Otolaryngology and Allergy. She also recenetly received a earned her Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) certification. 

Teresa has lived in Wyoming with her family for the past 24 years. She is married with two children and enjoys spending her time outdoors, playing hockey, and being with family and friends.
