Originally from the small rural community of Juda, Wisconsin, Jessica Jordan, PA-C, moved to Homer with her husband in July 2024. Drawn to Alaska’s beauty and lifestyle, they chose Homer in part because of close friends with deep ties to Seldovia and the surrounding area.

While completing graduate school, Jessica worked as an EMT in an emergency room and with a volunteer EMS service. After becoming a physician assistant, she began her career in urgent care at Gundersen Health. She later joined Homer Medical Center, where she practiced family medicine for more than a year before transitioning to South Peninsula Hospital’s orthopedic team.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys hiking, camping, gardening, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs, Millie and Bristol.
